Every tool that's
actually live.
No phantom features. No “coming soon” tiles. These are the eight systems running in beta right now, built on a framework professional baseball has used for years.
See pricing for parents and coaches or read about the athletic trainer behind DAL.
ACWR Dashboard
Acute:Chronic Workload Ratio is the framework pro baseball uses to manage pitcher loads. 7-day load divided by 28-day average. Stay near 1.0, spike it, risk climbs. DAL tracks it continuously, colors the zones, and shows the 14-week view at a glance.
Session Tracking
Log games, bullpens, long toss, and catch in under 20 seconds. Throw count, distance, intensity (RPE), arm soreness, fatigue, and sleep quality. Works offline at the field and syncs when you reconnect. Every session feeds the ratio.
Video Analysis
Upload a pitch from your phone. DAL scores mechanics on stride length, hip-shoulder separation, arm slot consistency, and release point. Frame-by-frame scrubbing. Save clips to the player's profile.
Throwing Programs
Curated by a Former Major League Assistant Athletic Trainer. Return-to-throw progressions, long-toss phases, in-season maintenance, off-season ramps. Each program maps to the player's age and current workload.
Strength Routines
Arm-care routines that fit the week. J-bands, wall dribbles, rotator cuff, posterior chain. Each exercise links to a YouTube demo from the exercise library.
Coach Portal
Whole roster in one view, up to 30 players. Sort by risk. Filter by position. CSV export for game-day staff. Add notes, share with parents, export player histories.
SMS Reminders
Parents get a text when the ratio spikes, when recovery lags, or when it's time to log a session. No app required to read. The kid gets reminded to log. The parent gets the data.
Recovery Insights
Track soreness, sleep, and perceived recovery alongside workload. DAL surfaces patterns: days of the week the ratio tends to spike, positions with highest loads, recovery time after max-effort outings.
