Privacy Policy

Diamond Arm Lab is operated by Major League Activation LLC, a Washington State limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, hashed password, account type, timezone, and optional phone number for SMS reminders.
• Player information: name, age or grade, position, team, handedness, and competition level.
• Activity data: throwing and bullpen logs, strength and recovery entries, soreness and fatigue reports, sleep notes, video uploads and their analysis reports.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, and device and browser information.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.

How we use your information

• To operate the Service and calculate ACWR and related analytics.
• To send transactional email (receipts, account notices) and opt-in SMS reminders.
• To process payments through Stripe.
• To improve the Service and respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

• Stripe for subscription billing and payment processing.
• Twilio for opt-in SMS reminders.
• Resend for transactional email.
• Cloud hosting providers for the Service and its stored data.

SMS messaging and phone numbers

If you opt in to SMS reminders, we share your phone number with Twilio only to deliver those messages. For players under 13, reminders are routed to the parent or guardian's phone number. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

Children under 13 (COPPA)

Accounts tracking players under 13 must be created and managed by a verifiable parent or legal guardian. Video uploads involving a player under 13 trigger a consent workflow: we email the parent or guardian a confirmation code, and no analysis occurs until the code is entered.

Parents may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by emailing support@diamondarmlab.com.

Video of minors

Video uploads involving users under 13 are stored only as long as needed to produce an analysis report and then deleted as part of a scheduled 30-day cleanup. Parents may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support@diamondarmlab.com. This language is subject to attorney review.

Data security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, hashed passwords, and access controls on production infrastructure. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take security seriously.

Data retention

• Account and player data is retained while your account is active.
• If you cancel, we retain data for a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion in writing.
• Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely for research and product improvement.
• Payment records are retained for up to seven years as required by applicable law.

Your rights and choices

• Request a copy of your data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of SMS reminders at any time (reply STOP or adjust profile settings).

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
